Color

I'm feeling like i'm really missing something here, i think that the colors are to closed and it just seems that i'm using more black/white in every color instead of finding a matching one to do more lighter or darker tones, what should i do or study?

Have you tried looking up a tutorial? I dont wanna waste your time if you already know the basics of what I'm bout to say
