its actually a lot easier to do the scene first and than put the character in it and not the other way around.

with this one what time period is she in? I see she has some kind of sword but also a granade

Looking at it. I think the pose should probably be more like this. If you want to keep the pose more vertical like it is currently you're gonna need to change the sword's angle, though I think the sword being this angle and leading into the grenade is probably cooler.
