I would work on Line confidence, meaning just drawing straight lines, curved lines. etc and trying to make them look smooth, then I would move onto shapes, though i recoomend looking up "DrawLikeASir" on Youtube for beginner practices
(take this with a grain of salt, im only a beginner aswell)

Get loose sketches dont draw lines faster then you can think.And make a lot of observations from nature and from great artists. Keep it simple. As beginner shading , details are might complex so dont go in there yet.
I would like to recommand proko but I think DrawlikeASir is might be the best
