It looks absolutely wonderful! Personally, I prefer the secound one because I think that the longer "dress" fit the silhouette quite well, but the first one is also very cute!
But if you want another perspective for your choice, the first one reads as more feminine and the second one reads as more masculine to the eyes.
Once again it is only my opinion<3 I love the way you drew the clothes, it looks absolutely gorgeous!
