Here, I tried my best to respect your art style. I believe that most of them are simple things that can help improve the character's aesthetics, such as raising the ear a little more, that line on the neck (which I believe seeks to simulate the neck muscle), and adjusting the cheek a bit.
But overall, these are things that "I" believe improve the drawing, and you decide if these things align with your intention.
