help with shading please

hi guys, so i drew me and my friend singing! and i genuinely cant figure out the shading. i tried 3 different "light sources" and i deleted all of them out of frustration bc i couldnt figure it out and i didnt like the way they looked. im desperate for help please, i dont usually shade but i want to and i just dont know 😭
(also this isnt final im gonna add text and a background and some other stuff later but the characters themselves and the mic are done so yeahhh)

I would think about the mood you want for the scene and I would not overdo it cause your style sems pretty slim. Really like the drawing tho. Searching for reference close to what you want to achieve also always helps me.
