Everytime I draw I think of what others might want me draw. I’m pretty sure this is some sort of people pleasing. When someone is in the same room as me I always get the feeling that they’re looking at me when I draw. I hate this and it makes me not want to even draw anymore, I’m not even really sure if I know how to draw for myself anymore. Im not sure if I should post this here

So firstly art speaks for itself and you shouldn’t let other determine it’s worth
Second if you need motivation, try something you’re really interested in, for me it was animals, mostly birds and even school subjects can help. For me, my love for biology was a great move.
Third, you don’t need to worry about your art being perfect, if it’s for yourself it can be some doodles that speak how you’re feeling. It can be lines, straight, curvy, broken. It can be anything.
