if youre matching the reference, angle the lips up and show more of the underchin. youre forcing a straight-on perspective to the face. if youre only loosely referencing, then youre free to commit to the straight-on angle. either way, youre currently hitting a middle ground that doesnt commit to one angle

Yes also currently his face is a bit wide , you migjt want to take the liquify tool and push it leftwards so that theres less jaw
