Help with hand

Hallooo any idea on how to make this hand less weird?

The hand is supposed to be holding a cup (like a shot cup for alcoholic drinks), softly spinning it like wine experts checking it

I like to take pictures of my hand posing how i imagine and trace it. From there i try to learn how my hand curves and where edges meet, and from there I simplify it so it doesn't take ages
