The coloring is great ! I think it's just a matter of improving some of the proportions. For example, if you draw a semi-curved line, you'll notice that one eye is slightly higher than the other, or that the nose is too small in relation to the size of the eyes. I don't know what style you're going for, but if you want it to look a little more realistic, that might help
If you have Photoshop, I would suggest trying the liquify tool and playing around with the size and placement of the facial features
