Usually with furries the anatomy goes into simple shapes, like circles and triangles (If you want to give it a more cartoony style)

But if you want a more human-like figure you may study the anatomy of the animal you are trying to draw more that the human

In a furry kemono you have two styles you can choose:
The more anime leaning style with that chibi with the shorter snout and more exaggerated anatomy or the beastman type of style where they have semi realistic animal features with a humanoid structure (which is also called juujin)
You can take both elements if you like.

It's also vastly different from Western furry artsyle as the West tends to favour more cartoonish and realistic.

Basically think it through of an animesque lens and not in a traditional (western) furry lens

You can apply simple geometry though exaggerate them since anime and anime related stuff (which includes kemono) in general have exaggeration on the anatomy
But going for a juujin style would require you to learn realistic animal anatomy (especially head, face, paws/claws and fur pattern)
