Hello I would say you’ve done a great job with this drawing what I would recommend is making the top of the head a lot shorter when looking at it. It makes it seem he has a longer head with a small face. When drawing hair you have to keep in mind that gravity will pull the hair down here’s an example I mean.
As you can see I tried to make the hair look less stiff on the shoulders and added strands at the bottom to make it look more natural and messy now for the top of the head I can see where you wanted it to look noticeably shorter so I added shorter strands there I also rounded the top of the head.
For the hat keep in mind that it’s more 3d and it shouldn’t be flat you would want to curve the top of the hat and when drawing the lines on the side try to make it come inwards alittle now for the rim of the hat you want it to curve and make it noticeable. Hopefully this will help you
