I kinda suck at drawing faces but is there anything I can do to make this look more like the ref before I use pen? Something is definitely off.
I feel like there’s something wrong with the chin and also I can’t draw hands 😭

For the face you can give it more curvature. If you look closely at the ref then at your drawing you can see that the face you drew is basically a straight line. The forehead has a bit of a curve into the bridge of the nose and there is a curve between the mouth and chin. I don't know how I could easily explain clothing folds but hopefully someone else can be more helpful.
