I'd suggest making the cape a different colour, I really like the idea and colour theme, but his cape and clothing gets mixed too much together. You want the character de be recognizable from a far and not blend into one blob. I think I'd change the cape to either a red, purple, or dark grey depending on the vibe you are looking for for this character. Hope this helps, gl!
