Looks like monk from that detective show. What specifically do you want help with because it looks fine, is it detail or lighting?

Yes, ..Any advice on his ugly face? I think his hands look nice, but his face is not very...human like

I really think lighting his sharp facial features could work out the details, I can see a bit but I think taking it even further could make it better, especially if you were to put in the eyes
