of course!!
have u decided on an atmosphere for the piece? cuz the lighting is affected by that too, is it outdoors or indoors? day or night? it may seem overwhelming rn but i can help u out dw
Well I am actually drawing someone I know so she is in a class room filming a video from 2014 so the camera isn’t the best either
And it’s day
sorry im asking a lot of questions but i personally need to understand this to help 😭
It’s oke i understand
what color is the light and what color is the atmosphere around her?
I could send you a picture if you want
But I will cover her face
Idk if I am allowed to show it
you can ask her first if you'd like
Well the problem is I only got her work number and it’s weekend….
oh.. 😭
i think if you add in the colors of the background/lighting from the photo i can understand better and help
It’s oke if I send picture but without her face?
suree
ok hold on one sec ill figure out the lighting and whatnot and get back to u!
i tried to improve the face and neck a bit, i started w adding the color of the background so i can understand the color scheme better and so she doesnt look too out of place, and i tried my best to keep the original shapes u used but i rushed this quite a bit so 😭
i added more contrasnt and shapes to make the lighting clearer on the face but i made her neck/chest area more unified so it doesnt look too out of place and over all simplified the shapes of her face
so i made the shading a warmer color to suit her skin tone more and to make it a bit less muddy, and i forgot to add highlights tbh but its okay its simpler this way
