I’ve been taking my drawings more seriously for the past few years and even though there is improvement, I have ambition for more. I’ll attach a few pics of recent drawings. I do want to improve in anatomy and composition but what I’ve been trying to better recently is my rendering, color choices and lighting. So to put it shortly, give me tips on ANYTHING u think I could better. There are so many styles out there that I adore, I wish to see some of that in my own art some day 😭

i think you could deepen your shadows more, put your artwork in greyscale to check your values. i recommend doing perspective studies on your second artwork i can see you struggle with the foreshortening of the arms, and you will be able to make more interesting compositions that way. also on your first artwork some parts have linework and others dont, it can make it feel unfinished or unconfident. so i recommend choosing one or the other per artwork

I agree, deepen your shadows more, even in manga type drawings you can still hint and certain facial characteristics such as the eye bags and eye cavity for shadows, give the hair more volume with ambient occlusion

double check muscles as a subject in general there are some things that can be worked on
