This drawing proportions look very off I didn't follow a reference so that might be why is there any way I can fix it?

I have a more feminine frame so I didn't want to copy myself but couldn't find any men doing the pose I wanted

I think u can use photo of yourself as reference but only for general proportions of head and arm, after that it will be easier to adjust it to make it look more like a man!!
