Idk wtf in doing with the hair someone give me advice PLSSSSSS 🙏🙏🙏 and also the shading and eyebrows look so wonky idk why and like any tips my feelings won’t get hurt and it’s not finished yet

All I can say is, never use the ‘Blur’ tool for hair shading🙏🏼🙏🏼

The smudge tool should be fine though
