I mean besides line quality on the circles there's not much wrong with it.

Also if you want to cry you can try doing this with a donut shape 😊

take a step back and go draw boxes in perspective first, organic shapes are harder in perspective.
your tube looks off because of the lag of perspective.
the amount of lines in a circle is one. its a single stroke. dont fool your eyes with fussy lines. fussy lines are for rendering
