Learning a more painterly process without a sketch, critiques very very welcome :)

First attempts, think they went pretty well but there's definitely a lot to be improved

First do a sketch to kind of study the reference and then draw without that sketch, that really helps understand the reference better

Eventually with a lot of practice you can leave the first part away

So you still have what you are going for
