Just help with proportions i guess??

I would like help with a drawing im doing i'm really new to art (4 days in) and im having trouble proportioning my manikins

I want it too look like yellow is throwing black

Yellow should have one step forward with upperbody tilted forward and the right arm should be next to the left arm just bent while right arm is facing black tilted forward meanwhile if yellow threw him up and not forward both arms should be up tilting backwards like these two examples

Except for second example arms shouldn’t be bent and should be straight
