Well to be honest before anything try to perfect the head shape before you try to draw anything at all and then start with the face.

When you draw eyes don’t draw one eye each and build the eyes up at the time time
Draw the base of the eye at the same times so they get as close as possible and then you can start to detail it

Then you can start with the hair or clothes and
In the end you can draw the accessories

So it’s to put step to step and not just do a quick drawing of everything
