Any criticism on this would be amazing!! im having a really hard time pin-point what is missing in this piece. It doesn’t seem very dramatic. I suspect its the lighting but i cant figure out what to change, even in grayscale!

It is the lighting. The glow on the smol character isn't very central to it, and kinda spreads out if that makes sense. Also, make the dark bits darker and the light bits lighter
