There is no "tiers" of art according to age, as long as you keep drawing you will get better
And I like ur drawing, especially the digital art

Everyone starts at different times and different levels.
That said, I do recommend you use a TON of references, you learn to be good by imitating what people at the level you wish to be.
You have some cute stuff there and are already trying hard techniques, it WILL be hard for a bit there but you WILL get better with practice
