Hm what about pushing the shapes a lil more?
I also feel like your characters Has little contrast on their outfit
The top is super dark , the middle is super light and the rest of the outfit bland

Do I'd add some contrast to the outfit so it marches the hat or lighten the hat a bit
While also pushing overall outift contrast a tad
