I feel like something in this painting looks off.. please give me advice on what to fix!

The horizon needs to be perfectly straight. I think what you're feeling is the lack of structure that is urually present in landscapes with buildings. The lighthouse itself is probably fine, but I think it's perspective is a little off. I think it could also be that a lot of the canvas is filled with rocks which are not really rendered that much. You should either add more differences in values in the rocks to clearly distinguish foreground from midground, or reduce the amount of rocks overall.
But your colour choice and sense is fantastic, i love how you painted the transitions, the feel and mood is definitely there!
