Helloo, so basically this is one of the first faces I've attempted that I am kinda okay with and I'd just like some feedback on the overall proportions, so like if the facial features are kinda in the right spot?
(the eyes are too big yes)
please just ignore everything else like the colours (those are random just to differentiate everything better)
and yes the hair is questionable, there was an attempt

I don’t think the eyes are too big, it actually fits the cartoon/anime-ish style. But I would personally suggest making the nose just a little bit bigger, making the top of the head bigger (it looks a little flat) and avoiding using a perfect circular/oval shape for the mouth. Maybe you can define the corners of the mouth a bit more
