Not my style but I'll jump in with a small observation 😄
The dude's suit is very close to the background. It muddles his silhouette and maybe imbalances the composition?
The kid's hands become a bit confused in the detail of the other characters. e.g. Against the strong background of the woman's black dress, her right hand would stand out better.
