It's my personal preference but I'd deepen the shadows and highlight the highlights
When you squint your eyes you can see that your drawing is kind of flat¿ ( Sorry eng isn't my first language 😵💫) Whereas in your reference photo the highlights are really bright and shadows are really dark, even dark Brown in some places

And your materials feel pretty off I mean it feels as if the hair, skin, clothes, earrings are made from the same thing
I'd try to make earrings and her head band look like gold - shine as one
And one thing, im by no means an expert but i think that her lips need to be moved a little bit to the left
