Any ideas how to make it better

Aside from the weird stuff I only paid attention to eyes and mouth trying to practice because I'm not really good at drawing them creepy any ideas how to make the mouth and eyes better

Instead of a low opacity brush, try using a solid one and paint like you would with irl paints :o
itll give it a cleaner and more rendered look ^^
