i cant really say much as ive never truly been in your position (burnout? yes, burnout but is forced to keep going? not quite).
but does fine arts give you the flexibility to create anything? if so maybe draw something you like or change things up completely.
find the reason of said burnout and do a little twist to it.
mine was the stagnation of repeating practices with the feeling of perfectionism, i didnt exactly overcome it but i did eventually left a bit of that perfectionism away and enjoyed drawing ever so slightly more than before.
this really isnt much and youve probably heard of it before but maybe itll help a bit
Its terrible when you start your day unmotivated. I've given up on a few art/animation projects/jobs. I'm 24 and have been doing 3d since i was 20, at a certain point it really is a job. especially 3d as big parts of it aren't even art.
At the lliteral end of the day, I can go zombie mode and just plug away for 4+ hours. I find that i can do that even if im unmotivated. maybe that can help with actual productivity.
You could also be feeling commitment dread, thats what made me leave a job. I don't know 🫂 it can suck
Good Afternoon Morning, Pick what's your day to day like? Do you work out? Walk? Cycle? Hit up any bars? What's a normal day look like for Pick Pop It?
