I'm working on a piece, and this is the sketch. There's not anything specific I'm looking for in terms of critique, but anything that seems off or anything that can be improved upon feel free to tell me!
Also, any suggestions for clothing and her facial expression are welcome :D

If it's not obvious, the scene is a girl with long hair sitting at a stream bed in a forest. I have yet to choose what to clothe her with, so let's just say she's wearing a full-body skin suit :)

hello lily, while there's nothing blatantly wrong with the painting, there are a lot of things you can do to improve it

#

the first is probably the most straightforward since it's hard to overthink it, but adding more definition to her anatomy (especially the face) would greatly enhance the piece

#

her posing is also very static, so adding more counter/twisting motion, as well as overlapping parts would be nice

#

the third thing would be the lighting, it's fine that the painting looks muted as of now, but you need to add very bright direct lights to help increase the contrast and readability

#

lastly I'll mention perspective even though it's too late to change for this piece, but the perspective here is very flat. combine that with a composition that looks boring and the piece fails to tell a story
