is this shading and colouring okay?

i drew this a couple days ago and finished it yesterday i would like to know if u have any tips for colouring or stuff maybe also lineart for hands "remember im only 13" ty for reading ❤️

The arms are a bit too long, and remember that even black clothes have shadows too. Overall there seems to be a lack of shadows and shading. Hands can be challenging, but i cant see them very clearly due to the photo quality. Looks well done enough for the image but could be bigger(hands are usually about the size of one’s face)
