You should probably try drawing in the entire face before covering it up :)

Either the nose or lips are slightly rotated off centre

The hand has really long fingers ^^ usually the middle finger should be the same length as the palm, and then all the other scaled accordingly

The main issue is that the nose isn't perpendicular to the eyes
Also the mouth should be parallel to the eyes
