So theres infinite possibilities for how you could go about it. It all depends on what sort of things you want to offer and how you want to portray yourself. Do you want to portray yourself as cutesy, fan art focused, professional, diverse. It all varies. I have attached some different types of com sheets you could go with. Just be aware that you will need to make clear what medium you will be working with. If youre doing traditional mediums you need to make that explicitly clear so people dont get the impression that you are doing digital art or some other medium
