Alright. Well I'll try to do some guidelines to show what you can fix
but I would suggest trying to learn from references it makes the learning process much easier

I feel like it's mostly shading technique, the proportion and anatomy are actually pretty good

Some of the details aren't as prevalent as they should be cause the shading or line work was messy, like the eye that's far away, could be a bit more clear with subtle values but it's all blocked in
