Im in need of advice or references of trees like this! Im making a drawing currently using a reference pic (picture taken by myself) and it has this tree in it!! It seems very difficult to draw and id appreciate and help or advice on how to draw this tree! :) The tree has minimal leaves (the leaves that are left are dead) because it was Winter when i took this picture! (and also looking at these tags how do i know if i am a beginner artist or on Intermediate level?)

I would class intermediates as people who have a "solid" foundation and are able to apply the fundamentals reasonably. Beginners would be people still trying to learn and understand the fundamentals.
Also, think of drawing and painting on level of detail. Do you want people to look at the dead tree? If you do, add more detail and more branches to the tree. If not, paint in the dead tree very roughly.
I would say to start big to small. Add in your big branches and then add in the bunches of branches with smaller brushes, or using a different brush to indicate the bunch of small branches.
If you're trying to draw it, I would sketch out the mass of the tree, then proceed to just draw in the big limbs when you've got the base. The smaller details I would add in via painting later.

Tysm!! Thats very good advice :) Ill definitly draw it less-detailed as there is a building in the picture that should be the highlighted thing about it! Ill try doing it tomorrow!
