#something looks off and idk what it is

The main reason why you may be feeling it’s off is probably the arms overlapping over the torso. Usually in poses like this the torso is depicted slightly over the arm or the arm is closer to the background (unless your objective was to have the arm in front / the torso crouched and closer to the background).
I’d also recommend tracing(not to the degree that you just take the reference, recreate it and call it your own). By tracing you’ll be able to break down parts of the body to ensure you have the appropriate size, shape and angle. These are important as they can make or break your drawing (also falls under proportions). By doing this as well you’ll get a feel of how a part of the body is supposed to look. Like ‘this part is supposed to be more curved.’ Etc. this way you’ll be able to more readily spot and correct your mistakes. Just remember that even if you decide to use a traced pose beyond learning, you have to make it your own. (Like drawing your fav character or so in that pose).
DONT YOU DARE TRY TO AVOID DRAWING THE HANDS. YOU WILL HAVE TO DRAW THEM IN THE FUTURE NO MATTER WHAT.
I believe you have the simplest of anatomy down so all you really need to do is practice. I would recommend drawing things you like first such as anime, cartoons/tv shows, anything really but find references to use so you can understand how the body is supposed to look.
As you practice, your art will get better but remember that art progression isn’t linear. There will be gradual improvement if and only if you are working on improving the fundamentals and aren’t just going in blind every drawing and if you don’t set small goals that lead up to a larger one. For example my primary/large goal is achieving a specific art style and to get to that my smaller goals are improving my coloring, anatomy and such.
As long as you have a passion for art you will do well and you will love whatever you create. Just take your time and enjoy the process.
