Heyy! I would say work on drawing hands and constructing them. Observing and constructing/drawing how they would wrap around objects.

I would also say the left hand (his right) looks kinda awkward, but also hard to see in the ref. I would work on the clenched fist a little.

Also working on constructing proper proportions and gesture (i.e. the tilted head or angle of the arms) because the body seems a little wide.

Other than that, I do like the drawing!! Keep it up. 😁

Left arm needs to be smaller and positioned higher, the expression needs to be adjusted, the smirk needs to be a little higher on the right, his two eyebrows need to be further clenched together, his right eye wink needs to be considerably higher and slanted than his left eye, and his fingers on the hand under the bat is mostly covered however it looks like its in front of the bat, his left shoulder should be tilted higher than his right shoulder. Other than that, its a good drawing! good job
