I'd make them both darker if the light source is supposed to be shining on his back. There should be a shadow unless im wrong about where the light source is supposed to be shining.

all of your colors are in the warm yellow/green area rn. the shirt clashes because its just a blue. id use a grey-orangeish/yellowish color. or a grey-greenish/yellowish color to go with your current color palette.
