I'm getting very mixed opinions and I was curious on what you guys think. If I complete a commission for someone and they have paid, should I remove my watermark completely? Or can I keep it somewhere that doesn't let it obstruct the final piece?

I was thinking if someone else was interested in asking for a commission, they'd know who to ask if my watermark was still there, but it feels correct to remove it since it's a paid product ig?

I would advise u to not watermark a commission piece. If u ztill want to leave a mark, sign ur signature somewhere that wouldnt obstruct the piece
If ur posting the piece online, then yes you should matermark as it was a commission and the public shouldnt steal it
But atp someone paid for it so you should remove the watermark. Like buying tech at a store, the security tag should be removed but the logo is still on the tech
