Hello I need help for cool ideas of a character.
For what it’ll look like His name is Mag, short for magpie cause he’s a Kleptomaniac
His whole thing is he’s a clown/Jester that preforms and does acts as he walks around the carnival.
So his costume decide should be a mix of Bird and Clown with the sleeves having some form of feather/wing and with bells on his outfit.
That’s all the requirements ish.
Any ideas?

The spikies coming from the back are long feathers that can be slightly curled at the end, and they can fold up behind and open when the arms are raised, and a belt/waist thingy made from feathers, n some bird wingy lookin ear things
anywhere there’s spikes is supposed to be feathers LOL
they can be smaller too
n I didn’t do much with the sleeves
