Taking rest from learing perspective i decide to draw watame and this is what i got the sketch looks good but the line art and coloring well...

Ahhh classic artist problem, the main issue with your line art is that there is no variation in your strokes. That’s probably why your sketch looks better. (When we do line art especially as beginners we tend to be stiff in our lines because we want to be careful, and it reflects in the final product, loosen up a bit! Worse case you can ctrl+z!)
As for colouring the main problem is that it looks flat and has no dimension. I would suggest you study some portraits and some lighting so you can understand how light on the 3D shape of humans work. It’s really all bout thinking about your subject as a 3D shape, not 2D!
Overall tho your character is very cute and it’s a really good start! Hope this helps 🙂
