why doesn’t it look like the reference what am I doing wrong

Drawing vs ref. Dwang went from lady to lad

Fixed the eyes

The face isnt at the right angle and is facing too upwards when the ref is more downwards. The hairline is too low and the hair has a lack of volume and shape to it compared ro the ref. Also for the features, youre just adding it in istead of showcasing her actual proportions
