Seriously, how do you draw bodies

I struggle with pretty much every part of the body, ears, shoulders, arms, legs, stomach, waist, hips, knees, feet

I understand the shoulders part may be kind of confusing as to HOW i struggle with it,, Idk it just looks off like, way to slouched down, too round or way to square
