Colors, shading, lighting ect?
#any suggestions on how to improve this?

One of the things that I notice is that there seems to be two conflicting light sources, so both are coming from different angles but not hitting the other person. I’m pretty sure it’s just the hair on the person with the blue jacket but I’d double check. Also if you used a reference go over that to. But anyways looks amazing!! Hope this helps!
