Need feedback on a concept (A Smiling Friends Art Piece)

If anyone sees this, my concept is for Charlie to be walking in on a depressed Pim, who he is tasked to make smile as part of the job. I thought the concept of Charlie, the more realistic and less enthusiastic employee would be meeting Pim and getting him into the Smiling Friends. It's just a twist on their personalities that i thought was interesting
