The neck and tilt are nicely done. The dark, bulbous nose and heavy eyebrows need toning down. The hair is also well observed.

first of all, it is really nicely done, your smoothnes of the lines and the clear shadows are very pleasing to the eye.
for her to look more feminine, I think you need to smooth/slim down the line that goes from her neck to the collar bone. the female bone structure on the law is also less prominent. I really like the way your pencil work turned out bc it would be perfect for a male but I think you have to smooth it out towards the chin to have more female features.
I would try to fix those first and see if that would be enough for whatever you are going for. if not, you can also try to slim the nose slightly and add eyelashes/thicker lines around the edges of the eyes.
all in all, this is very pretty. only thing I would advice is drawing in a bigger scale bc now if you wanted to fix the nose it is a very minimal work and harder to fix, plus each erasing will damage your paper and the red might not erase well.

im really liking how this drawing is looking so far, my only pick at this is on the nose, I would shorten how much of the underside the viewer sees as for a typical nose it doesnt match the angle of the face (though i dont know what your reference is)
I actually really like the eyes and the eyebrows with that hairstyle

ive tried to show how I would lay the nose out but obviously thats just me but yeah love the drawing ❤️
