One of the things i noticed in your speedraw, as the other guy said, is that you dont block in your shapes correctly. You have to divide the body into simple shapes so you can visualize the anatomy and posture correctly. Use lines too to define the angle of things and to help you with simetry in the face. You should also use references, preferrably real life images, for the different aspects of your drawing. Specially for the legs, as you are having trouble with that position.

For the shading, choose one light source and commit to it, as to decide where the light is coming from and shade based on that. Dont forget clothes are not flat, they have wrinkles and folds, and that should reflect in your drawing

About the faces, i thing the proportions could be better, tho theyre pretty cute. Id say you should make the eyes smaller as right now they seem to stick out of the face. Make them smaller, and leave a small gap between the eyes and the end of the head. And move the nose and mouth a bit up to leave space for the chin

Something like this for the face. Maybe place the face a bit lower for more "cuteness"
